Dear sport friends,

Enclosed we are sending you the invitation to this year's international badminton tournament in categories B1, B2, C1, C2 and D, our "East Belgian Cup 2012", which will takes place on 28 and 29 January 2012 in B-4731-Eynatten (East Belgium).
This year there is an anniversary. Our club becomes 25 years old and will celebrate this special event together with his guests with a badminton party on saterday evening.

As in previous years :

* We expect about 300 - 350 participants from 7 countries (Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, France,
Great Britain, Luxembourg and Austria, possibly from Denmark and Switzerland)
* We play in two halls at a total of 16 courts,
* You can subscribe to a maximum of 3 disciplines (singles, doubles and mixed)
* Our tournament is valid for the "PROMAX Circuit B1"
* Besides individual prizes for all winners and finalists in 25 disciplines there will be a challenge cup, the
"East Belgian Cup " played, the most successful team of the tournament will be presented (every game
of estimated total of 550 games throughout the weekend flows into this score).
* On Saturday evening the traditional "get-together among friends" take place.
* In both halls, there is a cafeteria with snacks and drinks
* There is a badminton service level in the hall.
* There is accommodation in the village on plave
