WP5 – Communicatie, Disseminatie & Duurzaamheid

Work Package 5 (WP5) zorgt ervoor dat BIRDS zichtbaar, schaalbaar en duurzaam wordt binnen de badmintonsector – zowel nationaal als Europees.

Een goed project is pas écht succesvol als de resultaten breed worden gedeeld én ook na afloop van de subsidie blijven bestaan. WP5 richt zich daarom op communicatie, verspreiding van resultaten en langetermijnimpact.

WP5 wordt geleid door de Tsjechische Badminton Federatie, in samenwerking met alle partners.

Wat houdt WP5 concreet in?

1. Communicatie & Zichtbaarheid

Gedurende het hele project zorgen we voor actieve communicatie via:

• Projectpagina / website
• Social media van alle partners
• Nieuwsbrieven
• Video’s en interviews
• Presentaties op bijeenkomsten
• Netwerk van Badminton Europe (53 landen)

Hiermee bereiken we:

• Badmintonclubs
• Trainers
• LO-docenten
• Ouders
• Beleidsmakers
• Europese sportorganisaties

Belangrijk: alle communicatie voldoet aan de Erasmus+ zichtbaarheidseisen.

2. Disseminatie van Tools & Resultaten

Alle ontwikkelde middelen uit WP2–WP4 worden:

• Vrij toegankelijk beschikbaar gesteld
• Gedeeld via Europese netwerken
• Gepresenteerd tijdens evenementen
• Onder de aandacht gebracht bij federaties en clubs

Denk aan:

• De BIRDS FMS Toolkit
• De Coach & Teacher Guide
• Het Online Educatieplatform
• De BIRDS App

Zo zorgen we dat de impact verder reikt dan alleen de pilotlanden.

3. Duurzaamheid & Opschaling

WP5 kijkt nadrukkelijk verder dan 2028.

We werken aan:

• Integratie van BIRDS in nationale opleidingsstructuren
• Verdere uitrol via Badminton Europe
• Doorontwikkeling van de App
• Structurele inbedding in club- en schoolsystemen

Het doel: BIRDS wordt geen tijdelijk project, maar een blijvend instrument voor jeugdontwikkeling in badminton.

• Innovatie niet binnen het consortium blijft
• Clubs in heel Europa toegang krijgen tot BIRDS
• Badminton zich als moderne en toekomstgerichte sport profileert

• De tools ook na afloop van het project blijven bestaan

Zonder WP5 zou de impact beperkt blijven. Met WP5 wordt BIRDS een Europese beweging.

WP5 – Communication, Dissemination & Sustainability

Work Package 5 (WP5) ensures that BIRDS becomes visible, scalable, and sustainable within the badminton sector — both nationally and across Europe.

A project only becomes truly successful when its results are widely shared and continue beyond the funding period. WP5 focuses on communication, dissemination of results, and long-term sustainability.

WP5 is led by the Czech Badminton Federation in close collaboration with all project partners.

What does WP5 include?

1. Communication & Visibility

Throughout the entire project, we actively communicate via:

• Project website / landing page
• Partner social media channels
• Newsletters
• Videos and interviews
• Presentations at events
• The Badminton Europe network (53 member associations)

This ensures we reach:

• Badminton clubs
• Coaches
• PE teachers
• Parents
• Policymakers
• European sport organisations

All communication complies with Erasmus+ visibility requirements.

2. Dissemination of Tools & Results

All outputs developed in WP2–WP4 will be:

• Freely accessible
• Shared across European networks
• Presented at events
• Promoted among federations and clubs

Including:

• The BIRDS FMS Toolkit
• The Coach & Teacher Guide
• The Online Educational Platform
• The BIRDS App

This ensures impact beyond the pilot countries.

3. Sustainability & Scaling

WP5 looks beyond 2028.

Key sustainability actions include:

• Integration of BIRDS into national coach education structures
• Further rollout via Badminton Europe
• Continued development of the BIRDS App
• Embedding tools into club and school systems

The goal: BIRDS becomes a long-term instrument for youth development in badminton, not a temporary initiative.
